Forbidden Technologies plc (AIM: FBT), the AIM-quoted owner and developer of the market leading cloud video platform, Forscene, and video social network, ‘eva’, is pleased to announce that it has sold a license to use its flagship professional cloud editing services to a client making videos being shown at the 2015 United Nations Conference on Climate Change in Paris.
Forscene’s sophisticated cloud editing capabilities make it ideally suited for fast turnaround events with a need for international collaboration – and without the need for proprietary hardware.
Removing the need to fly around the world not only saves money on flights, but reduces CO2 emissions – a particularly relevant factor for the climate change summit.
Aziz Musa, CEO at Forbidden, said:
“Being part of the United Nations Climate Change Conference is a great honour, and again proves the reliability and efficacy of Forscene. Corporate and Social Responsibility departments around the world know the power of cloud technology in reducing an organisation’s carbon footprint, and Forscene is an important part of the solution within the Media industry.”
