Marks & Spencer made their shareholders go to the Royal Festival Hall in London to hear Stuart Rose talking about Philip Green’s recent takeover proposals. As Greg points out: “Instead of making the trip, shareholders could have turned on their PCs and watched the action live from the comfort of their homes or offices via video streaming”. Forbidden’s recent AGM was streamed live in this way, using FORlive.
