Media Week says: “Many, though, are now publicly mooting the point that the failure of MMS … could mean mobile marketing goes straight to video … These clips, [Forbidden’s Liz] MacKenzie argues, will turn mobile phones into viral marketing machines because, thanks to Bluetooth (a means of beaming content between phones over short distances) people will be able to send clips directly to one another, without needing to send them over a network’s airwaves.” Forbidden’s FORmobile player supports this functionality.
