29 June 2020, London – Blackbird plc (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird®, announces that on 26 June 2020, 250,000 options over the Company’s ordinary shares of 0.8 pence (the “Ordinary Shares”) were granted to John Honeycutt, a non-executive director of the Company, at an exercise price of 18.54p. The options were granted under the Company’s EMI share option scheme (the “Scheme”) and subject to certain performance conditions. Under the rules of the Scheme the exercise price has been calculated based upon the average closing price of the Company’s shares for the last three days.
Following the above grant there are a total of 12,005,000 share options granted over unissued Ordinary Shares granted to Directors and PDMRs representing 3.57% of the Company’s current Ordinary Share capital of 336,114,092 Ordinary Shares.
