Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Forbidden Technologies plc (“Forbidden” or the “Company”)

Forbidden announces the passing of the resolution proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today in connection with the increase in the borrowing limit. As previously announced, the Directors are considering a number of potential sources of funds and are confident that they will be able to put the resources in place that will continue to support the Company’s operations. Such potential sources of funds include a Directors’ loan
of up to £1 million.
